Terms Of Service
Before commissioning or purchasing any other kind of art from me, please read through the following completely!
General:

â–² I have the right to refuse any commission or sale for any reason

â–² Highly complex characters will have additional fees

â–² For multiple characters, base price will be multiplied by 60% for each character

â–² If you do not want any in-progress photos or completed works posted on my social media, please let me know!

 

Payment:

â–² Payment will be done through Paypal, Zelle, or Square only and is required upfront

â–² Payment is in USD only, please keep that in mind if you are converting prices from other currency

References:

â–² Please provide a clear and simple reference of your character (s) without any shading if possible

â–² If you are unable to provide character references, please try to be as descriptive as possible in your commission notes

â–² For custom reference sheets, please be ready to provide a mood board or detailed description of the aesthetics you want

Process:

â–² Once the commission form is submitted, I will respond if I will accept or reject the commission and send a link for payment

â–² Once payment is received, the preliminary sketch period will begin

â–² I will reach out to the commissioner once the preliminary sketch is complete, any changes and/or modifications will only be done during this period

â–² Once the sketch is approved, I will move on to lining, coloring, and shading with progress sent between each step

â–² Once completed, a hi-res file will be sent via email -  Files will be .clip files

â–² All art will be watermarked

Due Dates:

â–² Art pieces will take an estimated 2-4 weeks to complete depending on commission type and queue position

â–² If you have a specific date you'd like the artwork you must communicate that in the commission notes ( There may be additional fees depending on timeframe)

â–² All due dates are estimates and completion may be delayed due to outside circumstances or complexity - any and all delays will be communicated to the commissioner

Refunds:

â–² If an order is cancelled before the preliminary sketch is started, the commissioner will receive a full refund

â–² A 50% refund can be issued if it is requested before lineart is complete

â–² After lineart is complete, no refund will be issued

â–² Please do not request a refund through Paypal chargeback, I will refund the money myself

Rights:

â–² My art is under my copyright and I reserve full rights to all my work

â–² My art is not permitted for commercial use and can only be sold by me

â–² Reuploads/reposts must give me full artistic credit

â–² Any commission with the intent of commercial use (logos, shirts, etc) may have additional applicable fees

â–² My art is not permitted to be used to train or generate AI images



Will not draw:

â–²  Hate Speech

â–²  Complex mecha/mechanical art

â–²  Gore

â–²  Fetishes

â–²  other artist's style (if you are commissioning me, you get my art style.)
